GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

Through this Data Owner Application Form you can use the rights granted to you by Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection (the “Law”), and you have the following rights regarding your data by the Law.

 

  1. The right to ascertain whether your data is being processed or not,
  2. The right to request information regarding the processing of your data,
  3. The right to learn the purpose of processing your data and whether they are used for that purpose,
  4. The right to know the third parties whether within the country or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
  5. The right to request rectification of your data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
  6. The right to request the erasure or destruction of your data even if it has been processed in compliance with the law and relevant regulations, once the reasons necessitating its processing have ceased, and to request that any such action taken within the scope of this request be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been disclosed,
  7. The right to object to decisions made against you based exclusively on the analysis of processed data through automated systems, and
  8. The right to demand compensation for damages in the event of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of your data.

With a secure electronic signature or other methods specified in the Law. Your applications submitted in the specified procedure will be answered within 30 (thirty) days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request,

by the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Law. Your answers will be delivered to you in writing or electronically by the Article 13 of the Law.
