Product Introduction:
RAZX-08126C2 is a high-performance GaASMMICT/R6-bit Core Chip operating in the X-band with 3 RF ports, including 3 switches. The
chip includes a 6-bit phase shifter, a 6-bit attenuator and multiple switches. The phase shift range is 360° and the gain adjustment range is 31.5dB.Its operating frequency is 8GHz to 12GHz and is mainly used in radar, communication and instrumentation applications.
The on-chip logic controls the serial input register, reduces the number of pads, and simplifies the device interface.
The chip is manufactured using the PHEMT process.
